What AI model do you use?

SwapAI utilizes a proprietary AI generation pipeline specifically designed for exceptional face and body swapping, realistic garment fitting, and unmatched photorealism. Our model is continuously refined with the latest advancements in machine learning, ensuring that our technology evolves to deliver increasingly accurate and stunning results.

Can I change clothes using SwapAI?

Absolutely! With SwapAI, you can change your outfit while swapping yourself into an image or create photos of yourself wearing any outfit you desire using simple prompts. Whether you're planning your next look or experimenting with different styles, SwapAI makes it effortless to explore endless fashion possibilities.

How much does SwapAI cost?

You can check current pricing on our pricing page. We offer variety of subscription options that let you cancel at any time.

Why is my payment card not accepted?

We use strict payment security to combat fraud. If your card is being declined, please ensure that your billing address, CVC, and card country match your bank’s records, and that you’re not using a VPN. Also, confirm 3D Secure or similar authentication is enabled on your card.

Can I request a refund?

If you haven’t exceeded the initial free trial limitations and haven’t performed any swaps, you may request a refund. Once you start using SwapAI’s AI services, our GPU costs are non-refundable, so we cannot offer refunds if you’ve already processed images. You can still cancel your subscription any time.

What file formats do you accept?

We currently support JPG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF. If you have HEIC photos (like from some iOS devices), please convert them to JPG or PNG before uploading.

Will the swapped images have AI artifacts?

On rare occasions, yes. AI artifacts like misaligned features or extra limbs can occur. Usually, the variety and quality of your source images will minimize such issues. We’re continually improving SwapAI to reduce artifacts, but it’s still an evolving technology.

Can I upload or generate photos of minors?

No. SwapAI is strictly intended for adults 18 and over. We prohibit uploading or generating images involving minors.

What do you do with my images?

Your uploads are used solely to perform swaps and generate results for you. We don’t share or publicly display your images unless you choose to. Protecting your privacy is a top priority.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your SwapAI subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will not renew on the next billing cycle, and you’ll maintain access until your current cycle ends.

Is my data secure and private?

Yes. We use secure servers and encryption to protect your personal data. We do not publicly share any images you upload unless you explicitly choose to do so.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal or cryptocurrency at this time.

Can I delete my photos?

Absolutely. You can remove any uploaded images from your account dashboard. Once deleted, they’re permanently removed from our servers after a short grace period.
